Be surprised by classic Van der Valk Christmas dishes such as the carpaccio, tasty cod and of course the iconic cherry on the applesauce.
In the atmospheric lobby you will be welcomed with a delicious bubbly and amuse of the house.
Our youngest guests have also been thought of! We have created a special children's Christmas menu so that they can also enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner at Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem. Moreover, we have set up a cozy children's corner with fun activities to make their celebration even more special.

Kerstmenu
Starters
Carpaccio de Luxe, a true classic with Parmesan cheese, truffle mayonnaise, pine nuts and dried tomato.
Shrimp cocktail with dill oil, whiskey foam, crisp granny smith and little gem.
Yellow beet served with chanterelles, slightly bitter red endive, crunchy macadamia nuts and finished with a delicate vincotto.
Main courses
Tournedos served with a flavorful potato quiche, crispy haricots verts and a rich madeira gravy. Complete your dish with fried duck liver (+7).
Cod served with a potato quiche, sweet carrot and fresh peas, finished with a delicate butter sauce. Substitute cod for North Sea sole (+15).
Wellington of pumpkin and celeriac, accompanied by a rich gravy of porcini mushrooms.
Desserts
Dame blanche, a classic combination of creamy vanilla ice cream, chocolate and whipped cream.
Cheese board, a selection of five different cheeses, served with hearty kletzen bread and a tangerine jam.

The price for our Christmas Classics Dinner is €57,- per person. The children's menu (4 to 12 years) is €29,-.

- We cannot promise any preferences regarding the size and/or location of your table. We will always do our best to reserve a cozy table for your party.
- For groups of more than 7 people, we may reserve several tables together for you.
- Please note that you must pay the reservation fee in full at the time of booking.
- Canceling or changing your reservation free of charge is possible until December 9 via the link in your reservation confirmation. After this date it is no longer possible to cancel persons free of charge.
- You cannot book, change or cancel by phone.
- You can only book via the reservation link. Are you with a large group? Then you can make a request via the reservation link. Your reservation is final when we have confirmed it to you.
