Our chefs have carefully and passionately created a menu that will enchant meat lovers, fish lovers and vegetarians alike.
With each dish you can choose a carefully selected glass of wine or have a beautiful bottle served from our special wine list. This wine list has been lovingly curated to compliment each dish and take your Christmas experience to the next level.

Starter
Tuna tartare de luxe served with fresh chives, creamy avocado cream, crispy potato flakes and radish.
Intermediate course
Lobster cappuccino presented with dill foam and crispy crostini.
Intermediate course
Soft-cooked veal with various preparations of sunroot and rich truffle gravy.
Main course
Flavorful venison with fried Brussels sprouts, oyster mushrooms, French pommes Anna and topped with a sauce of porcini mushrooms.
Dessert
Christmas tree of apple with pomegranate gel, caramel ice cream and warm vanilla sauce.

The price for Stein's Christmas Special is €65 per person for 5 courses and €59 for 4 courses.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:
- You choose on the spot whether you dine 4 or 5 courses and optionally a matching wine pairing.
- The dishes will be served at a leisurely pace, your table is reserved for you the entire evening.
- Please note that you must pay the reservation fee in full at the time of booking.
- Canceling or changing your reservation free of charge is possible until December 9 via the link in your reservation confirmation. After this date it is no longer possible to cancel persons free of charge.
- You cannot book, change or cancel by phone.
- You can only book via the reservation link. Are you with a large group? Then you can make a request via the reservation link. Your reservation is final when we have confirmed it to you.
